Originally written in May,
As summer approaches, the world of music is getting louder and louder.
Back in January, everything already looked mapped out. Tour announcements, ticket drops — a year of music was forming and taking shape.
However, now that we’re halfway through May, halfway through the year, more and more artists are announcing dates, extending tours, or returning to the stage entirely, and we’re left wondering:
What’s worth showing up for?
Which of these events, making people come together, will also make us vogue, strike a pose, move, and maybe, just maybe, remember why live music still matters?
With that in mind, here are the tours, residencies, and musical spectacles still worth your attention — and your money — before 2026 comes to an end.
